WEBSITE PRIVACY · UPDATED OCTOBER 18, 2026

Your information.
Handled with care.

This notice explains what happens when you visit stackslv.com or send our team an inquiry. It covers this website; access to customer systems and managed IT services is addressed separately in the applicable service agreement.

What you share with us

Our contact form asks for your name, email address, and message. You can also provide a business name, service interest, approximate computer count, and timeline. If you arrive from the pricing calculator, your planning estimate may be included with your inquiry.

We use this information to understand your request, reply, and discuss scope and pricing. Please do not send passwords, payment details, medical records, or other sensitive account information through the form.

Who processes a website inquiry

Formspree receives the form submission so it can be delivered to StacksLV. The submission includes the information you enter and a security verification token. Formspree may also process technical information associated with the request. See Formspree’s privacy policy.

Cloudflare hosts and protects this website. Its Turnstile security check runs on the contact page to help prevent automated submissions. These services process technical request information, which can include IP addresses and browser or device signals. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy.

If you email us, your email provider and ours process the message as part of delivering and managing the conversation.

Website measurement

Cloudflare Web Analytics helps us understand page visits and website performance. We also use Cloudflare Analytics Engine to count contact-link clicks, email-link clicks, and inquiries accepted by the form provider.

Our custom counters send only a fixed event name and a known public page path. They do not include names, email addresses, messages, calculator values, URL query strings, or visitor identifiers. The counters do not set cookies or use browser storage, and they skip events when your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track preference. This preference applies to our custom counters; Cloudflare’s hosting, security, and separate Web Analytics operate under their own settings.

A counted inquiry means the form provider accepted the submission. It does not prove an email reached our inbox or that the inquiry became a customer.

Campaign attribution

If you explicitly select “Accept & Close” on the notice or enable campaign attribution below, we can save a first-party cookie named stackslv_campaign for 30 days. It records approved campaign source and medium labels, a campaign name, and when they were saved. We do not save a visitor ID, referrer URL, or browsing history in this cookie.

A new valid tagged campaign replaces the saved campaign. An untagged return visit keeps the existing campaign until it expires. Simply continuing to browse does not enable this feature. If you send a contact inquiry, the saved labels accompany your message through Formspree. When no permitted campaign is available, the inquiry says “Direct / unknown.” Do not put personal information in campaign link labels.

Campaign attribution stays off when your browser sends Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track. Your choice is stored locally for up to 180 days. Turning attribution off deletes the campaign cookie in this browser, but does not change previously submitted inquiries or our separate cookieless analytics.

Loading your campaign preference…

Browser preferences and storage

The site stores your motion-pause preference in session storage for the current browser session. When you select “Accept & Close” on the cookie notice, we store the dismissal date in your browser’s local storage for up to 180 days so the notice stays closed. Clearing that storage makes the notice appear again. The campaign choice is separate from our cookieless inquiry counters. Browser privacy signals take precedence over campaign acceptance. Calculator values passed to the contact page appear in the URL and can remain in browser history. Third-party security services may use their own technologies as described in their privacy notices.

How long we keep inquiries

For inquiries that do not become customers, our retention policy is 12 months after the last conversation. If you become a customer, retention of relevant records is handled under our service relationship. Records may need to be retained longer where required by law or to resolve a dispute. Service providers manage their own technical logs and backups under their policies.

Questions, corrections, or deletion requests

Email info@stackslv.com to ask about your website inquiry, correct your details, or request deletion. We may need to verify that the request is yours before responding. We’ll review the request and explain any information we need to retain.

Changes to this notice

We will update this page when website data practices change. The date above identifies the latest revision.
