Automated checks watch CPU, memory, storage, and critical services around the clock. Incident notifications and monthly health reports help make device issues visible.
Inside managed monitoring Monitoring runs continuously. Human response follows our support hours of 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Pacific Time.
OSPATCHAPPROUTINE MAINTENANCE / SUPPORTED SYSTEMS
TAKE CARE OF THE EVERYDAY
Keep the small things from stacking up.
Operating-system and supported application patch management, plus automated routine maintenance. The everyday upkeep that gives your computers a stronger foundation.

ENDPOINT PROTECTION / CENTRALIZED ALERTS
A STRONGER DEVICE BASELINE
A layer of protection. A clearer view.
Managed antivirus and endpoint protection help look after supported computers. Centralized security alerts bring the signals together instead of leaving them scattered across devices.

Let’s work through it.REMOTE SUPPORT / A HUMAN NEXT STEP
OPTIONAL HELP FOR YOUR WHOLE TEAM
Some problems need a person.
Add 60 minutes of pooled remote support each month for routine email, printer, application, and workstation issues. One allowance, shared across your company.
Meet remote IT support $100/company/month add-on. Overage $31.25 per 15 minutes. Unused monthly minutes expire.
WHEN SOMETHING NEEDS ATTENTION
An alert is the start. Here’s the next step.
24/7 automated monitoring. Remote human support from 8 a.m.–5 p.m. Pacific. Clear responsibilities before we connect.
01
The system flags it.
Monitoring checks device health around the clock and sends incident notifications through the channels agreed during onboarding.
INCLUDED IN MONITORING
02
Follow the agreed plan.
We define who receives alerts, who takes action, and the response targets in your service scope. Automated monitoring does not mean a person is watching or responding 24/7.
RESPONSIBILITIES SET UP FRONT
03
Bring in hands-on help.
Manual investigation and fixes require an explicitly agreed scope. The optional support add-on covers eligible remote help; work outside that allowance or scope costs extra.
Human response during our support hours of 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Pacific Time. Manual alert investigation and remediation are excluded unless explicitly scoped.
02 / THE HUMAN HELP
Remote IT Support.
$100per company per month
An optional add-on for managed monitoring customers.
Unused minutes expire each month. Additional time is $31.25 per 15 minutes. Support is remote only, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Pacific Time.
A few useful answers
Before we get connected.
Is this 24/7 IT support?
Automated device-health monitoring operates 24/7. Our remote support hours are 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Pacific Time. Monitoring and human support are separate services; response targets are agreed in your scope.
Can you help after hours?
After-hours remote support is available by prior arrangement, subject to availability, and quoted separately. Confirm the scope and rate with us in advance. We do not offer guaranteed 24/7 emergency response.
Does monitoring include fixing every alert?
No. The monitoring-only price does not include manual investigation or remediation of alerts unless that work is explicitly defined in your scope. We agree on responsibilities and the route to hands-on help before onboarding.
How does the remote support allowance work?
For an additional $100 per company per month, managed monitoring customers get 60 minutes of pooled remote help across the company. Unused minutes expire each month. Extra time is proposed at $125/hour, billed in 15-minute increments of $31.25.
What do we agree on before getting started?
Service hours, alert severity and response targets, supported endpoints, software licensing, onboarding fees, minimum monthly commitment, exclusions, and cancellation terms. The published numbers are proposed planning figures, not a final customer quote.
Do you offer on-site support or larger projects?
We provide remote support only. If your issue requires someone physically on-site, you’ll need a local provider. Larger remote projects are scoped and quoted separately before work begins.
